Formed from high grade steel and heat-treated for extra toughness, our deep tillage sweeps are made to withstand long hours of hard work. Our top of the line products include Swing-Wing flanges that will increase wing strength by 30%, allowing for less wing breakage and more sweep usage. Designed, tested and manufactured on the prairies, McKay deep tillage sweeps have long been established as the farmer’s first choice in tillage tools.
The Dart is a specific engineered raised section along the centerline of the sweep. The special concave center wears least, allowing the sweep to retain its sharpness throughout its working life.
The regular crown height is XX” inches.

The low-crown sweep has a YY” crown, enabling the same excellent weed cutting solution at a shallower depth.
*The 50° and 47° have 2 1/4” hole centers, while the 43° have 2 1⁄4” – 2 1⁄2” slotted hole centers. All the above take 1⁄2” bolts.

Parallel wing sweeps maintain their original cutting width over the working life of the sweep.

Penetrator sweeps have 70% of the cutting blade at an increased angle, resulting in a lower load requirement (35%-55%) to penetrate the ground. This patented feature is particularly suited to hard, dry soil.
