Viper Nok-On Sweeps
Our Viper sweeps are fully featured, premium tillage tools. Expertly engineered to pull faster and easier while delivering the best results possible through thousands of acres tilled. The dynamic wing taper allows the sweep to have a sharp nose to stab through dirt yet retain its cutting function with wings that engage roots and clumps at a more lateral angle. What you get is all the cutting capacity with far greater penetrating power; lower resistance, smoother tilling, and less dragging. The elongated nose and specialty crown shape ensure the sweep can’t wear into a blunt planform giving you consistent and dependable performance. The airfoil wing profile angles the cutting edge down which effectively works to maintain a more aggressive edge.
These sweeps can be changed without the use of any tools. The Nok-On system only requires bolting the mounting clips to the cultivator shanks. Once the clips are installed, the sweeps are put on by simply knocking them onto the brackets with a hammer. No chasing bolts, nuts, or wrenches. Reduces change-over time by 75%.
